Duplex Stainless Steel ASTM A815 UNS S31803 Fitting
ASTM A815 UNS S31803 duplex stainless steel fittings are forged from 2205 alloy with an austenite-ferrite duplex structure. Their yield strength is twice that of conventional austenitic stainless steel, while offering excellent resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking and pitting and crevice corrosion (PREN ≥ 33).
These fittings are designed to provide high-strength, lightweight, and corrosion-resistant connection solutions for piping systems in harsh environments such as chemical, oil and gas, and offshore engineering.
