The medical stainless steel capillary tube refers to an ultra-precise, small-diameter tubular product made from Austenitic Stainless Steel Medical Grade SUS304 (AISI304). It is manufactured via a cold drawing process to achieve exceptional dimensional accuracy, superior surface finish, and enhanced mechanical properties. The capillary tubes’ outer diameter sizes range from 10 gauge(3.4mm) to 34 gauge(0.18mm). The minimum outer diameter that we can achieve is 0.15mm. These medical stainless steel capillary tubes are generally cut into 2 meter or other fixed length according to clients’ requirements. Our factory has certified with ISO13485 Certificate and can provide both medical capillary tubes and needle tubes.
