1. A335 P9 + CS Finned Tube Core Technology


High-frequency welded finned tubes integrate A335 P9 chromium-molybdenum alloy base tubes with carbon steel (CS) fins. This synergy delivers exceptional heat transfer efficiency (up to 98% weld integrity) and resistance to thermal stress (operating range: -50°C to 580°C). Ideal for high-pressure, corrosive industrial applications.


2. Precision Manufacturing Process


Our high-frequency welding (HFW) ensures metallurgical bonding without filler metals:


  • Surface Prep: Base tube grit-blasted to Sa 2.5 (ISO 8501-1).


  • Fin Winding: Fins spirally wound at 3–6 RPM under 150–300 MPa tension.


  • HFW Bonding: 400–800 kHz frequency creates a seamless fin-to-tube interface.


  • Post-Weld Treatment: Stress-relieved at 650°C ±15°C (ASME Section IX compliant).
