- Material & Standard:ASTM A213 TP316L stainless steel, low carbon molybdenum-containing austenitic stainless steel, compliant with international industrial pipe standards, with stable chemical composition and mechanical properties.
- Structure & Process:Cold drawn/hot rolled seamless pipe, no welding seam, uniform wall thickness, smooth inner/outer surface, precision processed to ensure high pressure and impact resistance.
- Key Performance:Excellent corrosion resistance (especially to chloride ion pitting corrosion), good high/low temperature toughness, non-magnetic, and easy to weld and process for various industrial fabrication.
- Specifications:Customizable outer diameter (OD: 6mm-630mm), wall thickness (WT: 1mm-50mm), length (6m/12m fixed or cut-to-length as required); surface finish: pickled & passivated (default), polished, sandblasted optional.
- Application Scenarios:Widely used in chemical, petroleum, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, marine engineering, heat exchange systems and other industries for conveying corrosive media, high-temperature steam and pure fluids.
