Brief Introduction
ASTM A182 F304 3000# SW AND NPT COUPLING is a high-performance austenitic stainless steel pipe coupling, strictly manufactured in accordance with ASTM A182 (equivalent to ASME SA182) and ASME B16.11 standards. It is made of F304 stainless steel (UNS S30400), featuring excellent corrosion resistance, good weldability, stable mechanical properties and high pressure-bearing capacity. Designed with two connection modes—Socket Weld (SW) and NPT Thread, it is a key pipeline connection component specially used to connect two sections of pipelines, with compact structure, convenient installation, reliable sealing and strong adaptability.
