ASTM A182 F55 BL RF Flange is a premium super duplex stainless steel forged flange manufactured in strict compliance with ASTM A182 and ASME B16.5 standards. The F55 (UNS S32760) grade features a uniform dual-phase microstructure of austenite and ferrite, delivering exceptional mechanical strength, superior corrosion resistance against chloride-induced pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking, along with excellent weldability.
As a Blind (BL) flange with Raised Face (RF), this component is specifically engineered to terminate, seal, or isolate pipeline ends, providing reliable sealing performance and structural stability.
