0.18-1.2MM ISO7864 SUS304 Medical Stainless Steel Hypodermic Needle Tube For Single Use
Stainless Steel Needle Tubes are important metallic components of medical hypodermic needles. They are mainly manufactured from SUS304(equivalent to AISI304 / 06Cr19Ni10) medical grade stainless steel raw material. These tubes are produced as "semi-finished" products. They are cut to specific lengths, grinded into sharp needle points, deburred, and cleaned, awaiting final assembly (insertion into a plastic hub and packaging) to become a sterile, single-use hypodermic needle. They are strictly manufactured in accordance with ISO 7864 standards, which govern the dimensions and performance requirements for sterile hypodermic needles for single use. A hypodermic needle tube is the metallic component of a syringe. It is characterized by an incredibly precise lumen (inner diameter) that allows fluid flow while maintaining the structural integrity required to penetrate skin, muscle, or vessel walls without bending or breaking. The manufacturing process involves deep drawing and cold drawing to achieve the exact wall thickness and surface smoothness required to minimize patient trauma.YUHONG GROUP can produce SUS304 medical grade stainless steel needle tubes from 10 gauge to 34 gauge and can customize different needle tips and length according to the client's drawings. The sizes of neelde tubes are all complied with ISO9626: 2016 international standard.

Main Injection Areas of Medical Hypodermic Needle Tubes:
- Intramuscular (IM): Into the muscle tissue (e.g., Deltoid, Vastus lateralis).
- Subcutaneous (SC): Into the fatty tissue just under the skin (e.g., Abdomen, Thigh).
- Intravenous (IV): Into the vein (typically used with a catheter or for direct push).
- Intradermal (ID): Into the dermis (skin layer) for testing.
- Ophthalmic: Ultra-fine needles for injections into the eye.
Key Features of SUS304 Injection Needle Tubes:
- Biocompatibility: SUS304 (when properly passivated) exhibits excellent resistance to bodily fluids and does not leach harmful ions, preventing allergic reactions or toxicity.
- Corrosion Resistance: The chromium oxide layer protects the needle from rust and corrosion caused by sterilized steam or blood.
- Ductility & Toughness: It is hard enough to penetrate skin but ductile enough to be bent without snapping.
- Cannulation Precision: The thin wall thickness allows for a sharp cutting edge while maintaining a large internal bore for fluid delivery.
Different Applications of SUS304 Medical Hypodermic Needle Tubes:
- General Purpose Syringes: Standard 1mL to 50mL syringes for vaccination, medication, and antibiotics.
- Insulin Pens: Ultra-fine gauge needles (31G, 32G) specifically for subcutaneous insulin delivery.
- Blood Collection Needles: Double-ended needles; one end pierces the vein, the other pierces the vacuum tube stopper.
- Dental Needles: Specifically designed to deliver anesthetics to the oral cavity; usually 27G or 30G with a very sharp lancet point.
- IV Catheter Introducers: The needle acts as a trocar to guide the placement of a flexible plastic cannula into a vein.
- Biopsy Needles: Larger gauge needles (14G-18G) used to extract tissue samples; SUS304 provides the rigidity needed to penetrate dense tissue.
- Acupuncture Needles: Solid filiform needles, but some hollow variants use the same tubing for specialized electro-acupuncture.
