ASTM A376 / ASME SA376 TP347H Stainless Steel Seamless Pipe For Petrochemical Industry
ASTM A376 / ASME SA376 TP347H Stainless Steel Seamless Pipe For Petrochemical Industry
ASTM A376 / ASME SA376 TP347H pipes are manufactured through a seamless process (extrusion or rotary piercing), ensuring a uniform structure and superior pressure-bearing capacity without a welded seam. This grade was developed specifically for prolonged exposure to the creep range (temperatures between 427°C to 899°C). It is widely used in the power generation and petrochemical industries where oxidation resistance and high-temperature strength are critical. YUHONG GROUP has produced stainless steel seamless pipes for 35 years with high quality and competitive prices. Our pipes have been sold to 85 countries worldwide until now. Key Advantages and Features:
- Superior High-Temperature Creep Strength
- Resistance to Intergranular Corrosion
- Oxidation Resistance
- High-Temperature Fatigue Resistance
- Formability
Different Surface Finishes:
- Mill Finish: The standard surface after manufacturing. It is dull, gray, and may have minor scale and oxide layers. Suitable for applications where aesthetics are not critical.
- Pickled Finish: The pipe is immersed in an acid solution to remove the heat treatment scale and iron contamination. This results in a uniform, matte, silver-grey finish. It is the most common finish for high-temperature service to ensure clean surfaces.
- Bright Annealed(BA): Annealed in a controlled atmosphere (hydrogen or vacuum) to prevent oxidation. Results in a smooth, reflective, bright metallic surface. Ideal for applications requiring high cleanliness or corrosion resistance.
- Polished/Grit Finish: Mechanically polished using abrasive belts. Finishes range from coarse (e.g., 120 grit) to mirror-like (e.g., 600 grit). Used for aesthetic architectural applications or where ultra-clean surfaces are needed (food/dairy).
Different Applications:
- Power Generation (Fossil and Nuclear)
- Petrochemical and Refining
- Chemical Processing
- Aerospace Industry
- Oil and Gas Plant
- Food Industry
