The ISO9626 SUS304 Stainless Steel Welded Capillary Tube is an ultra-precise, cold-drawn, welded austenitic stainless steel tubing specifically designed and manufactured for medical devices, particularly intravenous (IV) cannulas, hypodermic needles, and other precision medical instruments. Stainless Steel Capillary Tubes are welded by stainless steel strips. For medical uses, the capillary tubes are generally made by SUS304 medical grade stainless steel material due to its excellent corrosion resistance and biocompatibility. These tubes are processed through cold drawn, annealed, straightened, and then cut into fixed length, such as 2 meter. All the dimensions are complied with ISO9626: 2016 international standard. The medical capillary tubes are widely used for injection needles, IV cannula, infusion needles, surgical instruments, syringe needles, hypodermic needle, medication delivery, blood sampling, and so on.
