1. Product Overview
The product made from premium super duplex stainless steel UNS S32750 (1.4410, ASTM A182 F53), these full-thread stud bolts follow global industrial standards including ASTM A193 / ASTM A479 & ASME B18.2.1, serving as core fastening spare parts for high-pressure & heavy-corrosion industrial piping, pressure vessel flange connections.
2. Core Material & Superior Performance
S32750 is a top-grade super duplex stainless steel composed of 25%Cr-7%Ni-4%Mo-N dual-phase austenite+ferrite microstructure, bringing two core competitive edges vs ordinary 304/316 stainless fasteners:
- Ultra High Mechanical Strength: Min. yield strength ≥550MPa, tensile strength ≥800MPa, around 2.5 times yield strength of 316L stainless steel, stable locking performance under high-pressure & alternating load working conditions, anti-loosening for long-term service.
- Extreme Anti-Corrosion Capacity: Outstanding resistance to chloride-induced pitting, crevice corrosion & stress corrosion cracking(SCC); excellent adaptability to seawater, brine, acidic chemical medium, sour crude(H₂S-containing) working environment, widely approved for NACE MR0175 sour service standard.
- Wide service temperature range: -50℃ ~ 315℃ continuous operating temperature, stable mechanical property without high-temperature softening or low-temperature brittle failure.
3. Manufacturing Standard: ASME B18.2.1 thread tolerance, precision CNC thread rolling for tight fit & uniform load distribution.
