An ISO9626 SUS304 / AISI304 Cold Drawn Stainless Steel Medical Grade Capillary Tube is a precision-engineered, small-bore hollow tube that is manufactured to meet the stringent requirements of ISO 9626:2016 (the international standard for stainless steel needle tubing for medical devices). It is made from SUS304 / AISI304 austenitic stainless steel using a cold drawing process, ensuring exceptional dimensional accuracy, mechanical properties, and a flawless internal bore. "Medical grade" signifies that the tube is biocompatible, non-toxic, and suitable for direct or indirect contact with human tissue, blood, or medical fluids. YUHONG GROUP provides 10G-34G medical grade stainless steel capillary tubes in straight or coil length. These medical capillary tubes are welded by stainless steel 304 strips, and processed by cold drawn, annealed, straightened, cut, deburred and cleaned. Our medical stainless steel hypodermic tubes are all complied with ISO9626 standard with excellent surface finish and strict dimensional tolerance.
