ASTM A270 TP304 sanitary tubes are austenitic stainless steel tubes which can be seamless or welded. In addition to TP304 grade, the materials can also be TP304L, TP316, TP316L grades. The regular diameter sizes of stainless steel saniitary tubes range from 6.35mm to 152.4mm. The wall thickness is mainly from 0.5mm to 3.4mm. These sanitary tubes generally cut into 6 meter per length, while they can be cut based on clients requests. Stainless steel sanity finish has different surface finish type, like bright annealed, mechanical polished, electropolished. - Dimensional Precision: Tighter tolerances on outer diameter (OD) and wall thickness to ensure compatibility with sanitary clamps (Tri-Clamp), ferrule fittings, and automatic welding systems.
- Cleanliness: Tubes are supplied free from contaminants, oils, and loose particles.
