Embedded Fin Tubes are high-efficiency heat transfer tubes in which a continuous aluminum fin strip (commonly Aluminum 1060) is mechanically embedded into a groove on the base tube surface (ASME SA209 alloy steel tube). This design ensures excellent thermal conductivity, strong fin-to-tube bonding, and long-term stability under thermal cycling.

They are widely used in heat exchangers where enhanced heat transfer, compact design, and corrosion resistance are required, especially in power generation, petrochemical, and boiler systems.
