ASTM A268 TP430 is a standard-grade ferritic and martensitic stainless steel seamless / welded tube for general corrosion resistance and high-temperature service. TP430 (UNS S43000/1.4016 is a straight-chromium ferritic stainless steel with 16–18% chromium content and no nickel addition. As a stainless steel seamless tube, it is manufactured via hot rolling and cold drawing/cold rolling processes without longitudinal weld seams, ensuring integral structural uniformity, high pressure resistance and excellent tightness. Different from austenitic stainless steels (such as SS304/316), TP430 is ferromagnetic, non-hardenable by heat treatment, and features superior oxidation resistance, formability and cost-effectiveness. It is widely used in mild corrosive environments, high-temperature flue systems, heat exchange equipment and general industrial tubing.

Common Surface Finishes:
