• Baffle & Flow Management: Internal assembly features a structured tema heat exchanger layout with rigid baffles (SA516 Gr.70) and dedicated impingement plates to prevent tube vibration and erosion at the high-velocity fluid inlets.

• Advanced Sealing Configuration: Main sealing joints utilize Monel 400 grooved gaskets with expanded graphite (EG) layers paired with Power Graf 3 Premium / Graphite+AISI 316 components to eliminate flange leakage under cyclic thermal loads.
