ASTM A213 T11 (UNS K11597) is a standard-grade ferritic chromium-molybdenum (Cr-Mo) alloy steel seamless tube specified under the ASTM A213 standard. This standard governs seamless ferritic and austenitic alloy steel tubes exclusively designed for high-temperature and high-pressure service in boilers, superheaters, reheaters, and heat exchangers in power generation, petrochemical, and industrial thermal systems. As a low-alloy heat-resistant steel, T11 contains precise proportions of chromium and molybdenum elements, which significantly enhance its high-temperature oxidation resistance, creep resistance, thermal fatigue resistance, and long-term structural stability compared to ordinary carbon steel tubes. It is manufactured via a fully seamless hot rolling or cold drawing process without any welded seam, eliminating structural weak points and ensuring reliable performance under extreme high-pressure and high-temperature working conditions.
