ASME SB165 UNS N04400 seamless nickel alloy pipe is a seamless pipe product manufactured from Monel 400 (UNS N04400), a nickel-copper alloy containing approximately 63% minimum nickel and 28–34% copper. This seamless nickel alloy pipe has no welded seam, offering higher integrity, better pressure containment, and improved resistance to corrosion and fatigue compared with welded pipe. It is widely used in marine, chemical, petrochemical, oil and gas, power, and desalination applications. ASME SB165 UNS N04400 Monel 400 seamless nickel alloy pipe is a high-performance nickel-copper alloy pipe with outstanding corrosion resistance, especially in seawater and reducing chemical environments. It combines good strength, toughness, weldability, and low magnetic permeability, making it a preferred material for marine, chemical, petrochemical, and pressure-service applications.
