What is S32750 Duplex seamless pipe ?
S32750 consists of 25% chromium, 4% molybdenum and 7% nickel and is a ferrite-austenitic (duplex) stainless steel that combines many of the beneficial properties of ferrite and austenitic steels. Due to the high chromium and molybdenum content of the steel, it has excellent resistance to pitting, crevice and uniform corrosion. The duplex microstructure ensures high resistance to stress corrosion rupture and high mechanical strength. It has an austenitic + ferrite dual-phase organization with a Cr content of 18% to 28% and a Ni content of 3% to 10%. Some steel also contains Mo, Cu, Nb, Ti, N and other alloying elements, with high strength, resistance to pore erosion, corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance, etc., mainly used in oil refining, fertilizer, paper, petroleum, chemical, seawater-resistant, high-temperature concentrated nitric acid equipment.

Characteristic of ASTM A790 S32750
CORROSION RESISTANCE: they have excellent corrosion resistance, especially to chloride media. It is resistant to common corrosive media such as acids and brines, resulting in extended service life.
Strength and Toughness: they have high strength and excellent toughness to withstand high pressure and shock loads. This makes it widely used in the marine and oil industries.
Resistance to stress corrosion cracking: they have excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking and is able to work for long periods of time in high stress environments without cracking.
GOOD WELDING PERFORMANCE: they have good welding performance and can be joined by various common welding methods.
