Overview:
Super duplex flanges are designed utilizing high alloy duplex steel. These flanges have a two-phase structure of austenitic and ferritic microstructure. Designed with a superior concentration of nickel, chromium, and molybdenum, these modules show excellent resistance to corrosion and oxidation across stress-induced systems. These high-strength flanges securely seal a range of piping modules. The versatile flanges show good stability and showcase enhanced resistance to pitting by chlorides in a marine application. The super duplex flanges can be readily welded to different piping modules with the help of standard welding procedures.
