Overview
Incoloy825 is an iron-nickel-chromium alloy with molybdenum, copper and titanium elements. The chemical composition of the alloy is designed for working conditions that require excellent resistance to a variety of corrosive environments. The appropriate hot working temperature of the alloy is 1150-900 ℃, and the cooling method can be water quenching or rapid air cooling. Incoloy825 is a general engineering alloy. It has resistance to acid and alkali metal corrosion in both oxidation and reduction environments. High nickel content makes the alloy have effective resistance to stress corrosion cracking. It has good corrosion resistance in various media, such as sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, nitric acid and organic acid, and alkali metals such as sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid solution.
Incoloy825 Flange has excellent resistance to chloride-ion-induced stress corrosion cracking, reducing environments containing phosphoric and sulfuric acids, oxidizing environments containing nitric acid and nitrates, and pitting, crevice corrosion and intergranular corrosion. It has good mechanical properties at cryogenic temperatures to moderately high temperatures up to 538℃.

- Good mechanical properties at room temperature and high temperature up to 550 ℃
