Overview of SA210 Gr.A1 Seamless Tube
SA210 Gr.A1 Seamless Tube is a carbon steel boiler tube manufactured in accordance with ASTM A210/ASME SA210 standards. It is designed for high-temperature and medium-pressure service in boilers, superheaters, economizers, and heat exchangers. Produced by hot rolling or cold drawing, the tube features uniform wall thickness, good dimensional accuracy, and excellent surface quality. It offers reliable mechanical properties, high creep strength, good heat resistance, and satisfactory weldability, ensuring stable performance under long-term elevated temperature conditions. Common applications include power station boilers, industrial boilers, waste heat boilers, and pressure parts in thermal equipment.
The product is normally supplied in black finish with anti-rust oil, accompanied by material test certificates EN 10204 3.1. Strict non-destructive tests such as hydrostatic, ultrasonic, or eddy current inspection are conducted to guarantee quality and safety for pressure-containing service.
