ASTM A182 F53 flange is a high-strength flange with a minimum tensile strength of 800MPa and a minimum yield strength of 550MPa. There are many types of flanges, such as sliding sleeve flanges, socket welding flanges, forged flanges, blind flanges, reducing flanges, etc. YUHONG GROUP is a leading manufacturer and supplier of SA 182 F53 flange types in various sizes and shapes. The end face type of flange A182 F53 can also be different, such as flat, raised and ring joint flanges. Flat flanges have flat surfaces, which allows them to be used in narrow spaces, where raised flanges have many surfaces for bolting and welding connections. The ring flange is divided into two halves, which are welded to different pipe ends, and they are combined by welding to obtain the maximum seal. The diameters of ASTM A182 F53 and F55 range from ½ inch to 48 inches, and the pressure rating ranges from CL150 to CL2500.
The pressure capacity of the flange can also be expressed by the pressure number. ASTM A182 F53 UNS S32750 flange types have pressure values from PN6 to PN64. Due to the material composition, these applications include highly corrosive applications, including acidic applications. ASTM A182 F53 material contains carbon, manganese, phosphorus, silicon, 24% chromium, 6% nickel, 3% molybdenum, nickel and copper.
