Process :
1 . We use Cold Rolled and Cold Drawn techonology to produce U bend tube
2 . U bend tube produce will in accordance with the customer's drawings
3 . To avoid oxidation, inert gas (Argon) is passed through tubes ID at the required flow rate
4 . The radius is checked for its OD and wall thinning with the recommended specification
5 . We'll choose three different positions or as customer's request to make sure of the tubes quality. We'll test mechnical properties and micro-structure tests
6 . Visual inspection for witness and cracks will be done with Dye Penetrant Test
7 . Each tube shall be done Eddy current test and Hydrostatic test at the recommended pressure to check for leakage

| Hydrostatic Testing | 100% Hydrostatic Testing carried out according to ASTM-A 450 norms for checking tube leakage, and biggest pressure we can support 20Mpa/7s . |
| Air Under Pressure Test | To check any evidence of air leakage |
| Visual Inspection | After passivation, every single length of tubes & pipes is subjected to thorough visual inspection by trained staff for detecting surface flaws & other imperfections |
