Brief description
Calcium Silicate Pipe is mixed with xonotlite and reinforced glass fibre with high service temp. (1050℃), good heat insulation, low bulk density, high strength, good durability and so on.
Comparing with dense and lightweight refractory bricks or concrete, calcium silicate are the ideal rear lining construction material for all kind industrial furnace and kilns. As generally known, the low thermal shock resistance of calcium silicates excludes its use on the front side. Calcium silicate insulation materials can be produced as boards, pipe sections, segments and cut sections.
