LINK-PP Through-Hole Reflow Description:
LINK-PP RJ45 Connectors with Integrated Magnetics provide excellent performance and EMI shielding for Ethernet interfaces. These RJ45 Ethernet jacks offer 10/100/1000BaseT performance speeds up to 10Gb with or without PoE/PoE+ capabilities. Many 1xN, and 2xN port configurations and an extended operating temperature range of -40°C - +85°C, make the LINK-PP RJ45 Jacks suitable for industrial use. The 0926 Series Integrated Magnetics RJ45 provides THT pins for wave and reflow soldering. Among them, LPJG0926HENLS4R adopts Through-Hole Reflow technology:
- 1. With thermoplastic PA46+30%G.F Housing Material with a high melting point and low humidity absorption;
- 2. With a maximum reflow temperature of 250°C for 5 seconds, ensuring optimal soldering performance;
- 3. With pins extending 2.40mm Pin Length from the PCB surface, LPJG0926HENLS4R ensures optimal soldering effectiveness.
- LINK-PP's LPJG0926HENLS4R avoids the problem that soldering points that are more than 1 mm away from the outer edge of RJ45 will not be soldered correctly because the reflow heat does not completely melt the solder paste;
- 4. The LPJG0926HENLS4R also features higher mechanical stability than comparable RJ45 products due to the extra high standoff, allowing better airflow and sufficient space for solder paste;
- 5. LINK-PP uses high-viscosity solder paste in through-hole reflow (THR) soldering applications.
