LPJD4011DNL4 THR Vertical RJ45 Connector Overview
LPJD4011DNL4 is a vertical RJ45 connector developed by LINK-PP INT'L TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED, which is essentially positioned as a Through-Hole Reflow (THR) connector with 10/100 magnetic components. It is adapted to Ethernet scenarios, supporting 10/100 Base-T transmission rate, and adopts a 1x1 port design. The contact configuration is 8P8C (complying with the RJ45 Ethernet interface standard), and it is a non-PoE (Power over Ethernet) type. The port has 4 built-in magnetic cores, and the PCB mounting angle is a top-entry type, which can meet the interface requirements of conventional local area network (LAN) devices.

Material Composition
- Housing: Made of thermoplastic material PA46 + 30% glass fiber (G.F.), complying with the UL94V-0 flammability rating, and featuring both mechanical strength and fire safety.
- Contact: Made of phosphor bronze C5210R-EH with a thickness of 0.35 mm. The contact area is gold-plated, with a minimum gold plating thickness of 6 micro-inches, enhancing electrical conductivity and oxidation resistance.
- Pins: Made of brass C2680R-H with a thickness of 0.35 mm, ensuring the rigidity and electrical conductivity of the pins.
- Shield: Made of stainless steel SUS 304-1/2H with a thickness of 0.2 mm, which can effectively shield external electromagnetic interference (EMI).
