 Introduction of TPC control system

Olymspan composite autoclave is equipped with advanced TPC control system, which is developed on base of various of control system at home and aboard. It is very popular control system. It has functions as below: login privilege,parts sensor selection,curing curve setup,calling,save,print,auto-manual switch,real-time data monitoring and record and save and print out. It has alarm, quality analysis, report forms and so on. The system is lept updating every year to meet changing requirements.

Glass Thermal Processing Control System(TPC)

TPC comtrol system is developed exclusively by OLYMSPAN on base of PLC system. It has six segments:pre-heating and pre-pressing,initial temperature and press holding,heating and pressuring. Final temperature and press hoding,gradual cooling,pressure relief. Temperature and pressure are controlled automatically in every segment by HIM or PC.
