Autoclaves: Complete autoclave systems with pressure and temperature control for the production of
laminated safety glass as well as windscreens for the entire product range.
Temperature homogeneity
Temperature homogeneity: Guaranteed temperature homogeneity throughout the entire working area via
optimized ventilator and optimized airflow and through the special alignment of the heaters. Process
optimization based on an analytic computer simulation of the airflow characteristic and temperature
distribution
Components: Air receivers, valves and fittings, compressors, cooling tower stations
Fabrication: Construction and fabrication according to all Chinese and International regulations
Quality Control System: Application of the most modern production facilities. All necessary tests can be
carried out on-site. This guaranties high quality, proven product characteristics at the highest level of
safety.
Technical Data: Usable length and any other operating parameters produced as requested or according to
customer specification.
