Description:
Ash veneer is typically tan, pale creamy to slightly yellowish in color. The reconstituted version is a dyed to look like blackened ash wood. Ash is a dense hardwood that is tough, strong, and elastic with a moderately coarse to smooth texture and porous grain.
White Ash veneer is usually produced from selected logs in which brown heartwood is either not present or is limited. This gives rise to appearance which is whiter than the solid. Olive Ash veneer displays dark brown heartwood which can give rise to a very dramatic appearance.
