Manufactured from natural basalt and dolomite rocks melted at high temperatures, stonewool forms long fibrous strands that are bonded into slabs. The material is chemically and biologically inert, free from plant pathogens, and offers excellent thermal insulation properties.

Designed specifically for filling 50-100mm gaps between aluminum frames and concrete slab edges in curtain wall systems. For effective fire control between floors, the batts must be compressed by 15% of their thickness to protect adjacent occupants and property from fire and smoke ingress.
