The S406 soft capsule filling machine is designed for medium-scale production, ideal for creating soft capsules including fish oil, Vitamin E, Omega-3, and various food capsules. This advanced machine incorporates both domestic and international technologies to meet GMP requirements.

The complete system includes the soft capsule machine, sol pot, mould (die roll), capsule conveyor, tumbler dryer, cooling air machine, vacuum pump, drying tray, vacuum mixing barrel, and electrical control system.

This versatile machine processes various drugs, foods, cosmetics, and hydrophobic substances by injecting them in quantitative suspension or paste form and encapsulating them within gelatin membranes to form sealed soft capsules of different sizes.
