Water bath type gelatin tank is a special equipment for melting gelatin and production process. The gelatin melting tank features compact structure, stable transmission and reliable running performance.

The mixing/stirring process is operated through connecting loop coupling and is composed of multiple split agitators with stable transmission and superior homogenization effect. The entire tank is constructed from stainless steel with three layers: tank liner, heating jacket and heat preservation layer.

Heating the tank interior with circulating hot water provides fast heating, excellent thermal insulation, improved gelatin quality, accelerated melting process and reduced melting time. The liner is completely closed with superior vacuum performance. The feeding mouth is designed for easy assembly and maintenance.

The tank features a smooth, bright surface for easy cleaning, with anti-corrosion and anti-acid properties. Constructed entirely from stainless steel, the machine creates vacuum by removing moisture during operation, meeting GMP requirements.
