Model MD-3 seamless softgel machine consist of medicine supply,gelatin preparation,pulsnat cutting,cooling oil circulation,refrigerating,capsule shaping system. By adoption of advanced pulsant cutting technology,high dosing accuracy and capsule quality are quaranteed. Compared with normal soft capsule encapsulation machine,this machine can produce round shape capsule without expensive mold. Besides, there is no waste of gelatin.

Model MD-3 seamless softgel machine is developed based on advanced pulsant-cutting type soft capsule dripping machine,embraced with latest technologies. The output rate is higher,up to 54000 pics/hour in the term of capsule diameter varies from 2-10, and capsule dosage around 5-20 mg. The good quality yield no less than 98%.

Multifunction tumble drying machine is mainly applied to shaping and second time drying and appearance beautification of softgel. Our company is the only company can produce large scale drying machine. Rely on the production experience of international tournament grade paintball machine, our current models can meet the need of both large, medium and small scale softgel production.

• Feed hopper is attached with tumble dryer.
• Each drying machine is composed of 3 sections of basket. (more or less according to production quantity.)
• Each basket equipped with frequency convertor, running smoothly and speed can be adjusted independently. Rotary speed: 0-30 rpm.
• If choose basket without frequency convertor, rotary speed is 20 rpm.
• Each basket equipped with an independent drying fan, fan power: 0.25kW.
• End part and gear of the basket are made from FDA approved supra polymer material, the friction coefficient is super low, thus avoid adhesion with softgel.
• The inside guide plats are specially designed into dissymmetrical structure (refer to picture), which ensure softgel will be dispersed evenly in the basket when the basket rotary forwardly.
• With both manual and auto control modes. Under auto control mode, each basket will rotate forwardly or backwardly according to the time set by operator.
• There is a discharge alarm lamp on the last section of tumble drying machine, it flickers 12 seconds before discharge to remind operators.
• Each section of tumble drying machine is equipped with a stainless steel oil drawer, to contain the oil leaked from broken softgel. Easy for cleaning and comply with GMP requirement.
• Control cabinets are on the side of drying machine, and on the opposite side of oil drawers, will not interfer movement of oil drawers.
• Height of the truckles of drying machine is adjustable, adjustment and movement is conveniently.
• Control system adopt rely and switch control method. Each section can be manually controlled or be automatically controlled by program according to forward/backward rotation time setting. Our machine has an unique full-start function, this function is very useful when need to restart the machine in case of accidental power cut.
