The gelatin melting and service tank is used to melting the gelatin and keep the gelatin mass at a desired temperature and supply the gelatin to the encapsulation machine. We have both gravity feeding tank and pressure feeding tank.

This system is PLC and touch screen controlled. An air bubble level detector was installed to check the air bubble level. If it exceed the upper limit, the electro-magnetic valve will be opened to let the air in, and then release the vacuum pressure in the tank. The vacuum time can be set on the touch screen.
The devices can be easily mounted to customer’s existing gelatin melting tank.
