Applications
our induction heating machine can be applied for pipe welding preheat, PWHT also efficienct for joint anti-corrosion coating. we have done many projects in pipe heat treatment, and got good feedback from our customers,
following is details of application in pipe welding preheat:
blanket type inductor, save much labor force to wind induction cable round the pipes, also equal and uniform heating, thermocouples can feedback the detailed working site temperature.
Following is detailed application in pipe post weld heat treatment/PWHT:
Temperature recorder can show details of working temperature, you can see how it rises, keeps heat, cools, etc, and after working, you can print the PWHT curve for further research.
Induction heating machine can be connected with following different types of inductors:
C type inductor(usually for pipe welding preheat), blanket type inductor(usually for pipe welding preheat, PWHT), plate type inductor(usually for pipe welding preheat), split core type inductor(manual & hydraulic)(usually for joint anti-corrosion coating).
