Description:
Feed air compression, pre-cooling and purification system Feed air from the atmosphere passes through an air filter to remove dust and mechanical impurities, and then enters the air compressor. The compressed air with a pressure of 0.7 MPa (g) is sent to the air pre-cooling system, and the cooled air enters the molecular sieve purification system for adsorption to remove moisture, carbon dioxide, acetylene and other hydrocarbon impurities. There are two optional vertical adsorbers. When one adsorber works, the other will regenerate. Air rectification The purified air with a temperature of 10-16 from the molecular sieve purification system is sent to the main heat exchanger. In the main heat exchanger, the purified air is cooled to saturation by the reflux low temperature flow, and then enters the rectification tower. The liquid air at the bottom of the tower is throttled and sent to the condensation evaporator at the top of the tower as condensate. The oxygen-rich liquid air in the condenser-evaporator is sent to the main heat exchanger, heated to 152°C, and then enters the turbo expander for expansion. The oxygen-enriched air expands and returns to the cold end of the heat exchanger, where it is reheated to normal atmospheric temperature and then leaves the cold box. They will be used as regeneration gas and other super gas will be discharged. The product nitrogen is drawn from the top of the tower to the heat exchanger for reheating, and then sent from the cold box to the nitrogen consuming device.
