Application Guidelines
Primary Application
Eliminates foam during bean products processing operations
Recommended Dosage
0.1% - 0.3% by weight of dry beans
0.5g/kg of soybean milk (dry beans: water = 1:5)
0.5g/kg of soybean milk (dry beans: water = 1:5)
Application Method
Add product when soybean milk temperature exceeds 90℃ and mix thoroughly until fully dissolved into the soybean milk.
