Application Guidelines
Primary Application
Eliminates foam during bean products processing operations
Recommended Dosage
0.1% - 0.3% by weight of dry beans
0.5g/kg of soybean milk (dry beans:water ratio = 1:5)
0.5g/kg of soybean milk (dry beans:water ratio = 1:5)
Application Method
Add product when soybean milk temperature exceeds 90℃ and mix thoroughly until fully dissolved
Performance Range: Effective across wide temperature spectrum from -5℃ to 150℃ with chemical stability in acid, alkali, and salt solutions
