VIVID Mono- and Diglycerides GMS4082 is a high-efficiency food-grade emulsifier (E471) that is water-soluble above 55°C. This emulsifier effectively maintains gas dispersion and facilitates easy mixing with other materials, making it ideal for various food applications including ice cream, milk beverages, cakes, and non-dairy creamers.
