VIVID GMS4062 Mono and Diglycerides is a high-efficiency water-soluble emulsifier designed for food manufacturing applications. This emulsifier dissolves in warm water above 55°C and effectively maintains gas dispersion while facilitating easy mixing with other ingredients.

Dosage Recommendations
• Milk beverages: 0.12%-0.15% of total product
• Protein beverages: 0.05%-0.15% of total product
• Ice cream: 0.2%-0.3% of total product
• Cake gel: 10%-20% of total product
• Margarine: 0.3%-0.5% by weight of fats & oils
• Non-dairy creamer: 1.0%-1.5% of total material
Application Note: All applications require mixing above 55°C water temperature with proper stirring and homogenization.
