Operation Principle
The machine filters tap water through four filters before electrolysis. In the electrolysis chamber, water molecules are broken into smaller clusters (5-6 molecules) under electric field influence. Positive ions move toward the negative electrode, producing alkaline water (pH up to 10.5), while negative ions move to the positive electrode, producing acidic water (pH down to 3.5).
Chemical reactions:
Negative pole: 2H₂O + 2e → 2OH⁻ + H₂
Positive pole: 2H₂O - 4e → 4H⁺ + O₂
Negative pole: 2H₂O + 2e → 2OH⁻ + H₂
Positive pole: 2H₂O - 4e → 4H⁺ + O₂
