1. Product description:

Rubber DIN Abrasion TestMachine is used to test abrasion resistance of elastic material, rubber, tire, conveyor belt, solo, soft synthetic leather and other materials.

Electronic Rubber Testing Machine , 2.5N ±0.2N / 5 N ±0.2N DIN Abrasion Tester

2. Principle:

Under specified touched pressure and given area, when the sample and the abrasive paper get an angle, test

the abrasion resistance of the sample on the abrasive paper with certain rank.

Wrap the abrasive paper on the roller. The sample adpress on the roller with abrasive paper to make the sample

move horizontally along with the roller. Abrasion is produced on the one end of the cylinder sample. Measure the

loss  value of the sample and calculate the abrasion resistance according to sample density.

3. Design criteria:
The instrument reference standard: DIN-53516﹑ISO/DIS-4649﹑BS903 PART9 and GB-9867.
