APPLICATIONS& TEST PURPOSE:
Fry pan or wok is put on the electric hotplate and the loaded stylus across the surface of cookware moves forward and backward with a certain speed (set in the standard). According to BS 7069 and EN12983, the horizontal reciprocating stoke is not less than 80mm in 1±0.1s.
