DMARD03uses piezoresistive sensor technology, also is different from the present most MEMS sensor 

suppliers by using capacitive sensing. Thecapacitance sensing technology into MEMS sensor signal 

generated from a rather small, only about femto Fala ( Femto Farrad ) level, and easy tobe played online 

parasitic capacitance and noise interference, make ASIC difficult to obtain real physical signal. While the 

piezoresistive technology of signal measurement and sensor has the advantages of simple structure, 

manufacturing is more feasible.

DMARD03 provides X, Y, Z, T three axis +-3g and precise temperature data 

output. It also provides two groups of INT ( interrupt ) pin allows theback-end software designers use to 

allow for different states of the change of acceleration is easier to control and use. The interrupt control 

ShunPrecision DMARD03 provides three types of state judging mechanism for using (1) Freefall Interrupt 

(2) Click Interrupt 

(3) High-g Interrupt.
