Processing flow of the pvc pipe machine:

1.Mixing materials: PVC Stabilizer, plasticizer, antioxidant and other auxiliary materials are added to the high-speed mixer according to the process proportion,and heated with the machine to the set process temperature.Reduce the raw material to 40-50 degree by a cold mixer, then it can be added to the hopper of the extruder.

2.Extruder part: This machine is equipped with a quantative feeding device to ensure stable extrusion, due to the characteristic of conical double screw, the feed section diameter is larger, which is conducive to the plasticizing of the material.

When the screw rotates in the barrel, the PVC mixture is plasticized and pushed to the head for compaction, melting and mixing homogenization; achieving the purpose of exhaust dehydration. The feeding device and the wire rod transmission device adopt frequency conversion speed regulation, which can realize synchronous speed regulation.

3.Die head:PVC After compaction, melting, mixing and homogenization, the subsequent material is pushed to the mold head through the screw, and the extrusion mold head is a combination of pipe forming.

4.Vacuum setting tank: for pipe forming and cooling with vacuum and water circulation systems. It is equipped with a front and rear moving device and a left and right height manual adjustment device.

5.Tractor (variable frequency speed regulation): for continuous automatic pulling of the hardened pipe from the nose.

6.Cutter: according to the required length to control the distance switch, automatic cutting.

7.Stacker: flipped by cylinder control.
