This fully automatic double screw PVC plastic board extrusion line features CE certification and is designed for efficient production of high-quality PVC foam boards with thickness ranging from 3-45mm.
- Extruder Models: SJSZ 80/156 or SJSZ 92/188 Conical Twin Screw Extruder
- Mould Sizes: 1320mm (1220mm finished) or 1000mm (915mm finished)
- Board Thickness: 3-25mm, 3-30mm, or 3-45mm options
- Calibrator: 4 or 5 pairs, 1500mm × 600mm size
- Cooling System: 4500mm or 6000mm length
- Motor Configuration: 8 pairs with 5.5KW motors (2 sets) or 10 pairs with 7.5KW motors (2 sets)
- Cutting System: Siemens motors
- Stacker: Semi-automatic operation

PVC foam boards produced by this machine are versatile materials used for O-rings, sealing parts, oil seals, auto parts, rubber crash pads, rubber air springs, keyboards, medical rubber parts, rubber bottle stoppers, silicone wrist bands, water-stop tape, bridge supports/bearings, rubber cables, and electronic insulators.
The PVC foam board is manufactured through foaming and pressing processes with additives. As a modern synthetic material primarily composed of PVC, it offers excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance, and high structural strength.
