Key System Components
Extruder Unit

Mark Line Extruder
Dedicated SJ30 single screw extruder with composite mold for precise pipe marking.
Extrusion Mold
Constructed from high-quality 40Cr steel using international spring mode or basket mold technology. Ensures stable extrusion with water film lubrication and water ring cooling.
Vacuum Sizing Water Tank
High-hardness stainless steel construction with advanced water recycling, high-pressure cooling, vacuum regulation, and precise water level control.
Water Spray Tank
Stainless steel tank with PVC soft curtain cover and stainless steel float ball water level adjustment.
Traction Machine
