System Components & Functions
Raw Material Mixing System
Combines PVC stabilizers, plasticizers, antioxidants and accessories through high-speed mixing, heating to process temperature, then cooling to 40-50°C for extruder feeding.
Conical Twin Screw Extruder
Features quantitative feeding for stable extrusion output. Conical screw design provides larger heat transfer area in feeding section and reduced shear rate in metering section for lower temperature extrusion.
Vacuum Forming & Cooling System
Stainless steel tank with vacuum shaping, water circulation, and spray cooling. Includes mobile and height adjustment capabilities.
Hauling & Cutting System
Variable frequency haul-off machine with automatic cutting controlled by travel switches. Features dust suction system for chip recovery.
Automated Stacking
Pneumatic cylinder-controlled stacking with automatic reset for continuous production cycles.
