Description:
 

PP/PE/PC/PS/ABS/PMMA/HIPS plastic plate production line can continuously produce mono-layer or multi-layer PP/PE/ABS/PMMA/PC/PS/HIPS plate and sheet with the width less than 3000mm and thickness of 0.25-30mm.

The products are widely used in the fields of refrigerator, air conditioner, auto, advertisement, and construction, environmental protection, etc.

Extruder: 

Appropriate single-screw extruder (exhaust or not) should be chosen on the basis of different materials. Specially designed screw and advanced temperature controlling system ensure the good plasticization, high output and stable extruding.

Three-roller calendaring machine:  

 Adopts vertical three-roller calendering machine, equipped with roller temperature controlling device, the space of three roller can be adjusted manually and automatically, which has the function of emergency cut off ensure safety.

Bracket of cooling roller:

  Equipped with corresponding guide roller, the cooling effect is better. In addition, the edge-shearing and parting off device is equipped which can guarantee fixed width of plates and quality of edge.

Landscape orientation cutting machine:

  With cylinder clamping, moving cutting, speed frequency regulating to protect the cutting speed synchronize with plate making speed. Cutting with alloy saw blade, equipped with dust absorption device
