Description:
 
 

  This machine is used to produce PP/PS plastic sheet rolls for thermoforming machine and vacuum forming machine, which is used for making disposable plastic water drinking cups, juice cups, tea cups, milk cups, ice cream cups, yogurt cups, jelly cups, bowls, food containers, lids, flowerpot, seeding trays, etc varous packages.

   T-die is made of alloy steel with nitrogen transformation, which guarantees the strength and hardness

for fine processing. And its hydromatic transmission filter enables proper processing.

Good plasticization ensures the evenness and smoothness of the plastic sheet. 

It is suitable to use PP, PS, PE and HIPS for the manufacturing of high quality drinking cups and food storage boxes by pressure heating process and suction process methods
